Photos taken at the SPD Solar Summer School organized by Ilia Roussev in July 2008 can be viewed below. The summer school, which took place on Maui at the Institute for Astronomy's Maui office, allowed students, postdocs, and professors in solar astronomy to learn about a variety of topics pertaining to the sun through lectures as well as through participation in labs, experience with important software, and a visit to observatories on Haleakala. The summer school was a great success and the participants expressed that they gained a great overview of the field.
